Established in 1977, Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) is an international non-profit, marine wildlife conservation organization. Their mission is to end the destruction of habitat and slaughter of wildlife in the world's oceans in order to conserve and protect ecosystems and species. Sea Shepherd uses innovative direct-action tactics to investigate, document, and take action when necessary to expose and confront illegal activities on the high seas. By safeguarding the biodiversity of our delicately balanced ocean ecosystems, Sea Shepherd works to ensure their survival for future generations.

"If the ocean die, we die!" Captain Paul Watson

Happyhempy is proud to have been part of the HoodLamb team by preparing HL jackets for captain Paul Watson and other Sea Shepherd captains.

Project Green Life was created in the year 2009. The same year, the non-Profit organization Prales Detem (Rainforest for Children) was brought to life. The main target of these organizations, is to protect and safeguard the tropical rainforests and unique animal habitats, in the Sumatra (Indonesia) Lauser ecosystem. Part of the activities focus on the cooperation with local communities, putting special emphasis, on promoting wildlife protection among the children and adolescents. Also vital is the conservation of more than 200 hectares of rainforest, with the intent to provide a safe harbor to the few remaining tigers and orangutans still living in the wild. Presently, Green Life, owns 92,5 hectares of Rainforest. The Green Life philosophy would hope that every human being is interested in saving what remains of our natural resources, namely the lungs of our planet. Each person who is willing to help, can contribute 100 square meters at the price of 35 Euros a piece, the dream of a Czech/Indonesian Rainforest reserve, may soon become reality. Once created it will serve as a living example, of what can be done, to save the current diversity in plant and animal life which we still have left.

Come and join us in our quest, to save one of the last rainforests on earth.
