These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between buyer and Nawelo in the sale of goods through an online store www.happyhempy.com, the operator of which is:

These conditions apply to all sales and agreements between Nawelo and the consumer, whereby Nawelo will apply these conditions unless agreed otherwise in writing. If articles are ordered from Nawelo, the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.



1. For the correct processing of the order, it is necessary to fill in the required information and choose your shipping options and payment method for the goods ordered.
2. The buyer agrees with the price of the ordered goods and the order then becomes then official for the customer.
3. The confirmation of the order by the seller marks the beginning of the purchase agreement, which can be changed, canceled or complemented only by mutual agreement between purchaser and Happyhempy, unless the law or regulations indicate otherwise.
4. After placing an order on the e-shop, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the purchaser. 
5. By placing an order, the buyer is bound to pay the purchase price of the goods ordered.
6. The order without registration is also possible.



1. All prices listed on the webside are including VAT.

2. Nawelo is bound by the price listed on the website at the moment of the purchase.

3. The price of the goods does not include shipping costs.

4. Nawelo can provide the buyer with the discount for regular customer or special discount.

Payment Terms

Nawelo allows for the following payment methods:


1. Payment by bank transfer in advance. The goods will be delivered after payment confirmation (please take into account that a transfer can take up to three business days book time. Orders will by cancelled automatically if your payment is not received within 10 days after the order is placed).

Delivery Terms

1. The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed.

2. The order will be processed and shipped within five working days of receiving payment. 

3. A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order placement, unless agreed otherwise, or if the product requires a longer delivery time. 

4. If the goods are in stock, the order is dispatched in the shortest time possible.
5. The goods are delivered to the customer along with an invoice (tax document) electronically via the email of the customer.

Shipping costs


All shipments are sent from the Netherlands and transported via the dutch post, PostNL.

Parcels are sent via the Track&Trace service which provides you with a code to track your order.

We aim for a delivery within 10 working days of the date of the payment.You can track your package on www.postnl.nl in the section Track&Trace.

Transfer of Ownership


1. The right of ownership passes from Nawelo to the purchaser from the moment of the payment of the full price as stated in the purchase agreement.
2. Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.

Cancellation of the purchase agreement


1. The buyer has the right to cancel their order up until 24 hours after their purchase without any cancellation fee.
2. The buyer is obliged to cancel the order by sending an email to the following email address: info@happyhempy.com
3. Once the shipment of goods has been dispatched, the purchaser is obliged to pay to Happyhempy the packing and shipping cost. This applies even if the purchaser does not take over the ordered goods.

Contractual penalty


1. Nawelo reserves the right to apply a contractual penalty of the amount of 20 € in case, when the purchase agreement has been made, which the purchaser did not cancel and did not take over the goods from carrier and the goods were returned back to Nawelo.
2. This contractual penalty covers the transportation costs and other costs associated with the non-compliance to the purchase agreement.

Right of Withdrawal


1. After purchasing the products, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of the date order received.

2. The customer must first inform Nawelo in writing via email of their intention.
3. The customer is obliged to send a written Form of Withdrawal together with the returned item to the address of Happyhempy.
4. Nawelo recommends the purchaser to send the goods by registered insured shipment, because Happyhempy is not responsible for any loss or damage.
5. The goods sent via ‘‘cash on delivery‘‘, will not be accepted.

6. The shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. 
7. Returned goods must include all labels and must be in the original, unused and undamaged condition. Garments must not have been washed. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

8. Once the returned merchandise is received the amount of the purchase will be refunded.

9. Nawelo, however, reserves the right not to refund the money until the moment when the merchandise is delivered to Happyhempy.
10. The possibility of returning the goods does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specific requests.


Exchange of goods


1. Happyhempy offers customer the possibility to exchange goods within 14 days of the date order received.

2. These goods can be exchanged by mutual agreement with Nawelo and after receiving the merchandise including a completed Form for the Exchange of goods.
3. The goods must include all lables and must be in their original, unused and undemaged condition. Garments must not have been washed. Otherwise, the exchange will not be possible.
4. The exchange of goods applies to the color or size of the product.
5. Exchanging the goods does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specific requests.
6. Exchanged goods must be sent in a registered parcel. The package must be sufficiently secured to protect them from any damage and insured up to the current value of the goods, because Nawelo is not responsible for any loss or damage during the transport.
7. The goods sent via ‘‘cash on delivery‘‘, will not be accepted.
8. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the consumer. Nawelo will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged goods.




In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform us by e-mail (info@happyhempy.com). You will receive a reply within three working days.


Privacy Policy


1. Nawelo respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information customer provides is treated confidentially.

2. The customer declares that their personal information has been provided voluntarily for the proper processing of the order.

3. Happyhempy.com is intended for users who are 18 years of age and older. If customer is under the age of 18, he/she is not permitted to submit any personal information to Nawelo.
4. Nawelo declares that they will not provide the customer’s personal information to a third party, except for the shipping company for the delivery of the goods or state authorities in case of an inspection.
5. Nawelo acquires the following personal information from the customer: title, name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number.

6. Nawelo will use customer's information collected online to process and fulfill customer's order. 

7. The customer's personal data is kept private in Nawelo's e-shop and can be removed from Nawelo's database anytime at customer's request.

8. Cookies - are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer by your browser Nawelo uses cookies to recognize you when you visit our site. Cookies enable us to collect information about the use of our services and to improve and adapt to the needs of our visitors. Our cookies provide information related to personal identification. You can set your browser to turn off cookies when shopping at Happyhempy.com

9. It is at Nawelo sole discretion that Nawelo may modify this Privacy Policy to better serve their customers. Please check back often to review any new modifications that have been made.

Nawelo cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the articles sold by Nawelo and/ or materials or accessories becoming undone.
2. The content of the website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Nawelo cannot preclude the possibility of any error or incompletes in the information on this website. Nawelo cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Nawelo cannot be held responsible for any typing or misprinting errors that could communicate an incorrect selling price. In that case Nawelo will adjust the price as soon as possible.

3. The actual colour of the products can differ from the colours shown on the computer screens. Nawelo cannot be held responsible for variations in colours as a consequence of the quality of the computer screens. The position and size of the actual applications and/ or sequins on the clothes can differ slightly from the display on the website. Nawelo cannot be held responsible for this.

Final provisions


1. Nawelo reserves the right to change or add these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the purchaser. In the case of a change of these General Terms and Conditions, the purchasing process is managed through the General Terms and Conditions which were listed at the time the order was made and these are always available on Nawelo website.
2. When confirming an order, the customer is required to read the General Terms and Conditions, and to agree with their wording.
3. These General Terms and Conditions are available at the registered office of the company as well as published on the website of the e-shop.
4. These General Terms and Conditions will become valid as of the 7th of March 2018.
